Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship nationwide from a US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from dispatch (1–3 with Express). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product & crystal information

The Taily Pets™ Cooling Mat is a passive cooling pet bed. It contains no gel, no liquid and no electrical parts. Statistics quoted on this site come from our own 30-day home trial and are not veterinary claims; the mat does not treat or prevent heatstroke or any medical condition. Supervise pets that chew bedding, keep the mat away from open flame and heat sources, and contact your veterinarian immediately if your pet shows signs of heat distress.

Guarantee & liability

Our 60-night trial applies as described in our refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taily Pets™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product images, copy and the Taily Pets™ mark — is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
