We want the Cooling Mat to work for your pet. If it isn't right, our US-based support team is here to fix it.

60-night trial

If your pet isn't settling longer and sleeping cooler, contact us within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund of the product price in USD. Slept-on mats are fine — you can't judge it without using it — and you don't need the original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email info@tailypets.net with your order number and reason.
• We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Wrong size?

Sizing is the most common reason for a return. Email us within 60 nights and we'll exchange your mat for a different size or color — one free exchange per order.

Shipping costs

Orders ship free across the USA in 2–5 business days. Return postage may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full.
